Even as I went through my medical training, I was always considered a little “out of the box”. I do enjoy medicine, but cannot help but also love performing, teaching, and speaking in all sizes of group settings. I have gotten to do some speaking over the years about various topics in and out of medicine. I am now passionate about helping people discover their calling in life and seeing their unique interests as incredible possibilities instead of heavy weights to bear.
Speaking topics include:
- How to be an Excellent Leader at Everything: I have led worship teams, after school mentoring projects, missions trips, and much more, but everything I know about leadership I started doing as a 16 year old choreographing a swing dance. I apply the same principles in every team I lead.
- In Between the Lines of Faith and Work: Far too often, we put our workplace on the opposite spectrum of what we believe as Christians. What does it look like to walk in between the lines of division we have created?
- Imago Dei- Living Life as the Image of God: We were created by God to be unique individuals with the ability to be wise, ingenious, and loving like God. How do we better believe this is how God sees us?
